The Food

Almost everything is made fresh in your kitchen on the day of the event, using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The group pre-selects one dish per course before the evening. Everyone receives the same menu, which is what allows me to cook it properly and serve it at the right time. You don't have to order every course; build the experience around what works for your group.

For guests with allergies or dietary restrictions, I can prepare up to two protein options per course so everyone at the table is taken care of. Let me know about any restrictions when you book, and we'll confirm the details when we finalize the menu seven days before the event. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and common allergens are all regularly accommodated.

Ordering

Browse the seasonal menus, pick your favourites, and reach out via the contact form, email, or phone. I'll confirm availability, go over the details, and lock in your date.

Deposit & Payment

  • 15% non-refundable deposit to secure your date
  • Remaining 85% due within 72 hours of your event
  • Payment accepted: credit card, e-transfer, or cash

Timing & Logistics

A three-course dinner for 8 to 12 guests takes roughly five hours from my arrival to the last dish: approximately three hours of prep, one hour of service, and one hour of cleanup. Cocktail parties typically run about 6 hours. I'll need access to your kitchen 2 to 3 hours before serving time. Meal time is up to you. Most hosts prefer 6 to 7 PM.

Equipment & Setup

I bring everything I need, except your kitchen itself. You provide a clean kitchen with a working oven, plus table settings (plates, cutlery, glassware). I'll need some fridge space for desserts. Any kitchen size works, as long as it's clean with a working oven.

Please have the table set before I arrive. Table setting falls outside my prep schedule. If you'd like me to handle it, just mention it when you book and I'll add it on.

What's Expected

You enjoy the evening with your guests. I handle everything else: shopping, prep, cooking, serving, and complete cleanup. Your kitchen will be left cleaner than I found it. I'll even take the garbage. I just don't wash glasses.
